I offer caring support to people that would like to better manage stress, build strength and create a more vibrant life through movement, meditation, reiki, and self-care practices. Utilizing decades of practice and training, ten plus years of teaching and a kind heart, I meet you where you are and provide skillful, compassionate guidance.

Today I am more passionate than ever about sharing practices, tools and techniques that enhance the harmony and well-being in your life. Allowing you to thrive—even during difficult times.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner returning to the heart of your practice, you are welcome just as you are, to a safe and supportive space.  Appreciate yourself as you are while building strength and resilience.  All of my classes, events, programs, retreats and private sessions are designed to be nurturing and lighthearted.
